When our private jet charter client arrives at an airport, we hope that all our planning has left no stone unturned.
However, there is a methodical, if a little frantic at times, series of questions that need addressing within the first half an hour.
Here are the top 21 questions that we often ask!
- How was the flight?
- Did the crew follow through with all the Client’s requests?
- Does the Client look happy and pleased with the flight?
- Have the Limos/Heli arrived?
- Are all passengers going to the same destination?
- Do the Limos/Heli have the Client’s preferred water and newspapers on board?
- Has the Security Team turned up?
- How much luggage did the Client travel with?
- Do we require a luggage belt loader to unload the luggage?
- Has the correct luggage gone into the correct Limo?
- Is it raining, have we got umbrellas?
- Does the Client wish to take any of the catering with them?
- Does Special Branch wish to speak to the Clients?
- Will Border Force Clear the Client on the Aircraft or will they have to go into the Terminal?
- Will they want to search the Client’s Luggage?
- Does the Client have anything to declare or are they carrying cash over the allowance?
- Has the Client abided by the luggage rules?
- Does the Client wish to wait for the luggage van to travel with them or will their nominated person clear the luggage?
- How quickly does the Client need to be at their destination?
- Have we checked the roads between the airport and the destination for road works, accidents etc?
- Do we have final confirmation from the aircraft crew that there is no luggage, passports, mobile phones etc left on the aircraft?
These are just some of the points that Sentinel Aviation considers when our clients arrive at an airport. We believe that our job is never complete until they are safely at their destination.
